Dr. Regina Watts

I am pleased to introduced myself as  Dr.Regina Watts.I have over 30 years in public education as a teacher, assistant principal and principal. I am a graduate of Alcorn State University and hold a M.S and Ph.D in Educational Leadership from William Carey and North Central University, respectively.

As an instructional leader at a culturally diverse middle school, I focused on classroom management, differentiated instruction, and responsive teaching. All while maintaining a B-level rating throughout my tenure at that school. I received numerous awards for leadership and commitment to student success.

My work also extended beyond the classroom, as I have served on the state superintendent of education principal advocate (CASA) in Harrison County and restored juvenile delinquents at the Harrison County youth center, reinforcing my commitment to supporting young people in all aspects of their development.

About Cultural Connect Education

We are a specialized classroom; management and culture development should be practical, actionable, and immediately useful on Monday morning. By focusing on group dynamics, environmental predictability, and restorative practices. We transform  chaotic environments into self-managing classrooms where academic focus can take center stage.

The Chaos o Culture:

Teachers gain more efficiency with instructional time every single day.

Drastic Reduction In Disciplinary Referals

  • THE SHIFT

Because teachers are equipped with proactive de-escalation tactics and restorative rapport tools (The Ally), micro-behaviors are successfully handled inside the classroom.

  • THE RESULTS

Partner schools consistently see a drop in office discipline referrals within the first Semester.

The Anchor & Ally method gives educators a reliable, predictable blueprint that remores the emotional exhaustion of constant power struggles.

  • THE RESULTS

Schools report a significant lift in staff morale, lower absenteeism, and a noticeable increase in the retention of new teachers.
