A proudly retired principal with 30 years of diverse experience in public education, she has served as a high school science teacher, assistant principal, and building principal.

 

Dr. Regina Watts holds a Bachelor's degree from Alcorn State University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from William Carey University, and a Ph.D. from Northcentral University.

As a proven instructional leader of a Title I middle school, she successfully trained and supported faculty and staff in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and culturally responsive teaching. Under her strategic leadership, her school consistently maintained an impressive B-level accountability rating throughout her tenure. Her deep commitment to educational excellence has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards for leadership and unwavering dedication to student success.
