Dr. Regina Watts

Dr. Regina Watts is a visionary educational leader dedicated to transforming classroom environments and empowering educators. A proudly retired principal with 30 years of diverse experience in public education, she has served as a high school science teacher, assistant principal, and building principal.

Dr. Regina Watts holds a Bachelor's degree from Alcorn State University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from William Carey University, and a Ph.D. from Northcentral University.

As a proven instructional leader of a Title I middle school, she successfully trained and supported faculty and staff in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and culturally responsive teaching. Under her strategic leadership, her school consistently maintained an impressive B-level accountability rating throughout her tenure. Her deep commitment to educational excellence has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards for leadership and unwavering dedication to student success.

Having walked in the shoes of both frontline teachers and school administrators, Dr. Watts understands the unique pressures educators face today. Following her retirement from public school administration, she founded Cultural Connect Education, LLC, to channel her 30 years of battle-tested expertise into a premier consulting firm built to bridge the gap between classroom struggle and instructional triumph.

At the heart of Dr. Watts' consulting service is her proprietary Anchor & Ally Method. This framework shifts classroom management away from reactive punishment and toward proactive, relationship-driven leadership. By balancing firm and predictable boundaries with genuine connection and mutual respect, the Anchor & Ally Method transforms chaotic classrooms into structured, high-performing learning communities.
